Plot
After saving Max from King Crab, which embarrasses Max, President Kickbutt gives Phoebe her first assignment as a superhero: she must safeguard Hiddenville. However, nothing crime-related happens in the city, but then she discovers Max is stealing a trophy in Hiddenville High. Instead of turning him in, Phoebe lets him commit crimes and she will capture him, but then Max traps her in gold wrist straps and captures her in his gold magnet and plans to make Hiddenville into a desert, but he accidentally uses citric acid instead of nitric acid and Max saves the building from being blown up by using his telekinesis.

Meanwhile, Chloe goes through her final growth stage and will be getting a new super power. It will be either teleportation, super strength, or sonic screaming. The family takes a pill in order to not catch Flamingo Flu, a disease that turns you into a flamingo. Billy doesn’t take it starts turning into a flamingo. He starts to escape, but Chloe stops him with her teleportation. Chloe persuades Billy to take the pill, which he does and turns back to normal.
